Stained Glass colors will
vary. That is the beauty of stained glass. Because of the nature of stained glass and the number of
pieces of glass used, colors in individual items will vary.
Glass colors and texture, like dye lots of fabric, can
change from one shipment to the next, from the
manufacture. Images shown on your browser may show a different color
variation, as well as if the image is a photo or drawing. A
drawing's color are a representation of the glass color
and not the actual glass.
The
Web site pictures of the product are either photos or drawings.
Shipping on Ready Made Products - In Stock and Made to Order:
Since it would be very difficult to keep an inventory of
every item on the website in stock at all times, some items
here are made-to-order at the time of purchase. By using
this method, you, the buyer, has the opportunity to change
glass choice, colors or even the size to suit your needs.
If you would like to add or remove a flower, for an example,
that can also be done. Items that happen to be in stock will
ship within 48 hours, usually 24 hours. Allow 1 to 4
weeks for delivery of made-to-order stained glass products.
Some smaller items are usually within a week.
International orders are welcome.
Please
contact me if you would like to know the
approximate shipping time of a particular
item or have any questions about a product. Otherwise an approximate shipping date
will be in the order confirmation e-mail.

Custom Design and Make to Order: For design and
made to order stained glass product, allow 2 to 6 weeks for delivery
after the final design approval. The complexity of the
design will determine the time to make and ship. The
design service is $ 85.00. Upon start of making the product the
complete cost is to be paid upfront, minus the $ 85.00 design
fee. If you change your mind and want the design only and
have a local artist make it, see below for the charges.
International orders are welcome.
Custom Design Service and Pattern: For custom
design service, this includes the design and a pattern with glass
suggestions. This service is if you wish to have a local
Stain Glass Artist near you to make the item.
The service is $ 85.00 USD. If you change your mind and
choose to have me make the item than the $ 85.00 will be
credited to the price of the item. International
orders are welcome.
I maintain all copy rights to my designs. You can not
reproduce the designs in any form. If ordering the custom
design service only, you are allowed to have a local Artist
make one item and the Artist and Customer must credit me as
the designer.
Purchase
Patterns:
When
you purchase a pattern, I will e-mail you the pattern in
3 formats, GlassEye, JPG and PDF Format and one color
picture of the pattern. If you want a pattern in a different
size, add the
Resizing item at end
of page to your
shopping cart.
If
you purchase a
printed copy and
have it mailed to
you, I will print 2
copies, one on 42 lb
coated paper and one on
35
lb paper.
Also I will mail one
color picture of the
pattern. If you want
a different weight
pattern paper for
the 2 copies state
what lb you want in
the comment section
of the PayPal
payment screen.
Pound paper
available is 21 lb
and 24 lb. The pattern
will be mail in a
tube via USPS.
The
copyright protection state that you
may not share the
pattern with
others, weather in
paper form or
electronic version,
no e-mailing to
glass list or
friends. You have my
permission to make
and sell as many items
that
you make.
After I receive
notification of payment thru PayPal the patterns will be
e-mailed to you with in 24 hours.
International Sales - Please Read:
Customs forms will be filled out accurately. They
will be marked as merchandise with the value of the sale amount. The buyer is responsible for any and all
duties, taxes, or additional charges in their home country.
